Yes, we offer postage accross the UK and Internationally.

We offer free postage on all orders within the UK using Royal Mail Second Class Signed For.

If your order is required quicker, we offer an upgrade to Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All orders outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

We generally aim to dispatch all orders within 3-6 working days of placing an order. This allows us sufficient time to process your order and complete to the highest quality.

You will recieve a notification once your order has been completed and posted. The delivery time from then will depend on the shipping method selected.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day
Royal Mail First Class Signed For: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Second Class Signed For: 2-3 working days
Royal Mail Int’l Tracked & Signed: 5-7 working days

A bulk order is where you are looking to buy a quantity of 10 or more of a single item.

We would like to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order, hence we do offer returns and exchanges. Please note:

  • All personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged
  • The buyer must pay for returns postage unless the items are faulty or damaged
  • The buyer is reponsible for the returns postage and must ensure the items are packaged in such a way that they are in a resaleable condition

We understand that once an order has been placed you may change your mind on your order. We generally aim to start processing all orders within 12 hours of the order being placed.

If we have not started to process your order then your order can be cancelled or changed. If your order has been processed then unfortunately we cannot cancel or change your order.
